Kiwi Costumes Limited are dedicated to providing you with an honest service, quality costumes and costume accessories. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our product, please email us at info@kiwicosumes.co.nz and include your name, order number and daytime contact telephone number.
Incorrect Sizing
Please email us at info@kiwicostumes.co.nz within 10 days of receipt of goods. Goods must be posted or couriered to us within 14 days of receipt, in their original condition. A replacement costume will be couriered to you (free of charge) upon receipt of the costume. We deal with returns on a "first returned, first replaced" basis. Please remember to include your new sizing requirement. Please note - if you have placed an overseas order, return freight charges are at your cost.
• ‘Custom made' costumes are not returnable, unless faulty.
Faults
Please email us at info@kiwicostumes.co.nz within 10 days of receipt of goods. All costumes and costume accessories are checked prior to dispatch, but if for any reason you do receive faulty goods, please return these to us by standard post within 14 days of receipt. A replacement costume/accessory will be couriered to you (free of charge) upon receipt of the faulty goods. Freight charges incurred for return of faulty goods will be reimbursed to the customer - this should cost approximately $5.00 (Up to a maximum of $7.50 will be refunded). Kiwi Costumes is environmentally aware and we like to do "our bit", if possible, please reuse your original courier bag or box when returning costumes to us. Simply re address your box or turn your courier bag inside out and address to Kiwi Costumes. Thank you for your co-operation.
• Within 28 days (from date of purchase), issues that occur will be replaced free of charge. Any issues that arise after this 28 day period must be returned to Kiwi Costumes for our assessment with regard to replacement.
• Kiwi Costumes does not consider general 'wear & tear' of the costumes or costume accessories as faulty goods.
• If returned costumes or costume accessories are not faulty but a refund is required - the freight portion of the sale will not be included in the refund (Full retail value of costume or accessory will be refunded to the customer).
Care For Your Costumes
All Kiwi Costumes come with a care label sewn into them. We strongly recommend these instructions are followed when washing and caring for you costumes to maximise their longevity. Kiwi Costumes Limited will not be liable for any damage incurred through failure to adhere to care instructions.
