Shipping With In New Zealand
Kiwi Costumes Limited delivery charges include postage and packaging, and will be added to each order once your delivery address has been entered. Once your order and payment is received the goods will be packaged and dispatched to you. The goods should arrive at your designated delivery address within 1 to 5 working days. The address supplied must be a street address as our courier will not deliver to any Post Office Box or Private Bag address. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address. Our delivery is via a reputable courier company. We will endeavour to have the products to you as soon as possible however sometimes courier delays are out of our control. Goods are at our risk until delivered to the address given for your purchase. Once goods are confirmed as delivered to the nominated delivery address, the liability becomes that of the consignee. All domestic shipping prices are inclusive of 15% GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Costume orders up to $10.00 = $3.00 shipping charge
Costume orders up to $20.00 = $3.50 shipping charge
Costume orders up to $50.00 = $6.00 shipping charge
Costume orders up to $100.00 = $8.00 shipping charge
Costume orders up to $200.00 = $10.50 shipping charge
Costume orders over $200.00 = $15.00 shipping charge
Deliveries to Rural addresses, Waiheke and Stewart Island incur an additional $4.50 delivery charge.
Note: all domestic delivery charges include GST of 15%
International Shipping
NOTE: All product prices on this website include GST (Goods and Services Tax) of 15%. As this is a domestic tax the website will deduct 15% off product prices on all international orders when proceeding through check out. Please note the overseas freight costs as calculated by the website are not inclusive of GST.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by Customs in the recipient country, or any failure in the delivery process. Nor are we responsible for any import levies or charges imposed in the recipient county, (which the recipient may be required to pay) prior to the goods being delivered. Please ensure the delivery address provided is full and correct, as we are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address. Please note we will do everything possible to ensure all deliveries are made in a timely fashion.
